Noche de Emprendimiento
Emprende is an app that provides a directory of local organizations that focus on entrepreneurship and an agenda for Noche de Emprendimiento 2016, an event hosed at the US Embassy in Managua, Nicaragua.
Global Shapers Managua Hub and Core Systems wanted a tool that would help attendees communicate and build lasting relationships at Noche de Emprendimiento 2016, an event that included stakeholders from the Nicaraguan entrepreneurship sector.
Solution
A mobile application was developed to serve as a digital agenda throughout the event, and as an entrepreneurship sector directory with more than 70 organizations once the event was completed. In addition, beacon technology was used to help attendees check-in during the event and reduce the waiting lines at the entrance of the event.
